If one of our wines disappoints you, do not hesitate to let us know, we are above all a WINE MERCHANT not simply "an online sales site", we will always be happy to share a tasting opinion and will find a solution if you feel like you're "not getting what you paid for". No one is safe from having in stock a wine that is "dead" or of no interest at the moment because "alive" it will only give its best in a few years and perhaps you do not want to not wait... We sell great wines and it is hard to imagine that within eight days of your order you will already have an opinion on the wines purchased, on the contrary we hope that before drinking them you will wait a few days... so the withdrawal period must be a matter of moral honesty between the two parties and of logic. Of course the wines taken back will not be put back on sale since the correct storage chain is broken, so it is a loss for us... This is one of the reasons why we must maintain the same relationship of trust with our customers as with our winegrowers, in the world of wine the word given retains its value.
