Article 1 : APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our quantities are subject to sale, only the proforma invoice from SARL ENCLAVEVINOTHEQUE is authentic. The customer undertakes to respect all of the following general conditions: Price from Valréas – France

Despite our payment conditions, in the event of a dispute the sale includes a retention of title clause in accordance with Law No. 80335 of 05/12/080.

Article 2 : PRICE

The valid prices are those indicated (except for errors or omissions) in the Excel file, regularly updated and accessible from our site dedicated to resellers (https://enclave-vinotheque-en.mywizi.com)

Article 3 : PAYMENT METHODS – ORDER PREPARATION & RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

• Payment by transfer within 72 hours upon receipt of our proforma: IBAN FR76 1009 61852000 0217 1590 191 - BIC: CMCIFRPP –

Without credit, the order will be canceled after 5 working days.

• Possibility of payment by credit card for a maximum sum of €5,000 for French customers Orders will only be effective upon receipt of payment, from then on we prepare your wines and compose your blends (minimum 1 bottle) then send by email:

- packing list

- photos of the palette before and after filming

- customs documents if necessary. You notify your carrier or freight forwarder for collection (Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.)

Article 4 : TRANSPORT

Transport and insurance costs payable by the customer. On request we can provide a proposal for delivery costs on the proforma.
