Gisèle welcomes you between lavender and vineyards in northern Vaucluse, being born between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Côte-Rôtie is the beginning of luck!

At the age of 25, she decided to direct her professional life into the world of wine as a completely self-taught woman.

She likes high standards and very quickly decided to dedicate her energy to Sommellerie with the creation of a prestigious portfolio in Vaucluse. In 1983, Jean-René BILLECART welcomed her with a kindness of which she will forever remember fondly.

She knows she is lucky to provoke moments of sharing, of passion, of discovering a new winemaker, of gourmet or surprising tastings between the People of the Earth and the Sommellerie Ambassadrice.
